These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sheinnovatesai.com and the consulting services provided by She Innovates AI, owned and operated by Tandeep Sangra ("Consultant"), Mohali, Punjab, India. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mohali, Punjab, India.
She Innovates AI provides AI SEO consulting services including but not limited to Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), LLM Optimization, Schema Markup Implementation, AI Citation Monitoring, and LLM Content Strategy.
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement agreed upon by both parties before work begins.
Payment terms are specified in each individual service agreement. Generally: project-based engagements require 50% payment upfront and 50% upon completion; monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month; all prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed.
Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge as permitted under Indian law.
Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain ownership of our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, templates, and tools used in delivering services. We may reference your project as a case study (without disclosing confidential information) unless you request otherwise in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement for a period of two years.
AI SEO results depend on many factors outside our control including AI platform algorithm changes, competitive landscape, website technical health, and content quality. While we apply our best professional expertise, we cannot guarantee specific citation rates, rankings, or revenue outcomes. Case studies and testimonials on this site represent individual client experiences and are not typical guarantees.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, She Innovates AI's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 14 days written notice. You are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. For monthly retainers, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The seat of arbitration shall be Mohali, Punjab, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Mohali, Punjab, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes not resolved through arbitration.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
